The planned construction of a modern industrial and logistics park in Chotoviny near Tábor will offer the highest standard of premises in three halls with a total area of 23,000 m2.
The complex is located in the cadastre of the village of Chotoviny, directly on exit 70 of the D3 motorway. The motorway connection with Austria will bring new opportunities for the development of industry and logistics.
The project has a valid planning permit and the acquisition of the building permit is expected in Q1 2025. For the construction itself, the 8 - 10 months period from the contract signing has to be counted.

The internal layout of the production and warehouse areas, as well as the office building and employee facilities can be customized according to the tenant's requirements.
