The East Building is a class "A" office building, which thanks to the use of modern technologies provides high comfort for its tenants. The building is divided into two parts, with the higher part having seven floors above ground and three underground.
On the ground floor of the building there are catering facilities and administrative premises related to the operation of the building. The other floors are intended for office purposes. The building was approved in November 2007 and has an energy performance class B.
Each space has its own sanitary facilities, kitchenette, warehouse, server room with independent air conditioning, electrical wiring, structured cabling, air conditioning, heating, opening windows, camera system and fire security.
