The Parkview building is the gateway to the Pankrác business district in Prague 4. Its clean design, created by the renowned American architecture firm Richard Meier & Partners, is broken up by regular balconies from the second to the seventh floor.
The dominant feature of the building is the airy and well-lit atrium, complete with an art installation by Marek Číhal and a sunken island. Surrounded by greenery and mature living trees, it is an ideal place to relax, unwind or work away from the office.
If you prefer to work in the fresh air, you will appreciate the roof terrace, which is accessible to tenants and offers a breathtaking view of Prague Castle and the adjacent park. Thanks to the grill and bar, the terrace is also ideal for relaxing with colleagues in the afternoon, especially at sunset.

The Parkview building has achieved the highest LEED Platinum certification, WELL Gold and now WELL H & S, which focuses on the quality of the indoor environment for tenants and their safety. This makes it the second most sustainable building in the world in 2020.
Tenants can reach Parkview by metro or bus from the Pankrác stop, which is 3 minutes away. Cyclists can store their bikes in the bike shed and freshen up in the adjacent showers. Thanks to the towel service, everyone gets a free towel.
