Knight Frank Czech Republic presents regular office market in Brno and Ostrava update on the Czech real estate market for the H2 2024.
- In the second half of 2024, one office building—Vlněna I (8,600 sq m)—was completed, making it the only office project finished throughout the entire year
- The total stock of modern office space in Ostrava amounted to 250,300 sq m
- At the end of the second half of 2024, a total of 88,500 sq m of modern office space was available in Brno.
