Description

The modern office building is located on the edge of the office district of Prague 4, in the immediate vicinity of the Vltava River and the opposite slopes of Chuchelský háj.
The U-shaped glass building has five above-ground and two underground floors and offers approximately 8,500 m² of lettable space.
The building was completed in 2006 on the site of the former industrial area of the Modřany Orion chocolate factory.
A distinctive element of the whole complex is the atrium with rich greenery and a water feature. It includes a Coffee House, built in 2023 in cooperation with the majority tenant Nestlé, which serves both for business meetings and informal gatherings.
Nestlé's corporate store is located in the lobby. The comfort of tenants is further enhanced by a common dining room, a bike room or AlzaBox.
