Description
- The historic section is connected to the newly constructed part of the building, and together they offer approximately 6,800 square meters of first-class office space and 800 square meters of retail space in a prime location right in the heart of the city.
- The building’s facade is predominantly Art Nouveau in style, complemented by several Art Deco elements, and thus elegantly combines historic architecture with modern requirements for functional office space.
- The current renovation and expansion were designed by the Prague-based firm DaM architekti, whose goal was to create a building dedicated entirely to office space, featuring open terraces and extensive green areas that give the structure a fresh and modern character.
