- We offer office space for sublease on the 1st floor of the Špork Palace, a listed complex of three buildings in the centre of Prague. The fully reconstructed Baroque-Classical palace is located on the border of the Old and New Town.
- The architectural studio of Stanislav Fiala took part in the reconstruction, preserving and highlighting the historical elements of the building. The reconstruction was awarded the title of Building of the Year in 2018.
- The location is easily accessible by public transport, with the Náměstí Republiky, Florenc and Můstek metro stations nearby. The nearest tram stops are Náměstí Republiky, Masarykovo nádraží and others. Long-term and short-term parking is provided by Millenium Plaza, a garage right next to Špork.
