The building at 62 Wenceslas Square was constructed in 1998 as one of the most modern and energy-efficient buildings in Prague. The total leasable area of 2,560 m² is spread across eight floors. The building was designed by the architectural firm Drexler Vrbata Architekti.
The administration building is located in the upper half of Wenceslas Square, next to the statue of St Wenceslas. Thanks to its skeleton construction, it offers modern and flexible office space. The spaces offered have a rather open character.
Thanks to a unique façade with unique technical properties, the building is highly soundproof and provides a pleasantly quiet working environment, despite being located on a busy road.
Wenceslas Square is considered one of the most prestigious locations. The building is also very accessible thanks to the proximity of tram stops, the Muzeum metro station (directly on metro lines A and C) and direct access to the motorway network and main roads
The building has a surface area of 180 m2 on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard.
