BÍLINA – new industrial park

Description

The park's location offers direct access to key transport corridors, including the D7 and D8 motorways connecting Prague, Dresden and other major Central European cities.
The surrounding area combines a strong industrial tradition with continuous development and quality regional services. There is a network of technically oriented educational institutions and a job market with experience in manufacturing and logistics.
The park will offer two halls with a total warehouse area of approximately 38,900 m2 and flexible office space that can be easily adapted or divided into smaller units.
Construction of both halls will begin at the turn of March and April 2026. Completion of the buildings is expected in Q1 2027. A smaller hall of approx. 13,000 m² remains available.
