Description
- In the southern part of the city of Chomutov, there is a project for a new production and logistics complex near the village of Údlice. The facilities can be customized to meet the needs of future tenants.
- Excellent access to the D7 highway (Prague–Chomutov–Germany)
- The project includes plans to construct two warehouses with a total area of more than 66,000 m². The buildings will be BREEAM “Very Good” certified and will offer prospective tenants manufacturing and warehouse space of the highest standard.
- Units are available starting at 5,000 m².
- We are currently presenting possible construction scenarios for both warehouses, depending on the preferred layout of the units. The preference is to begin construction with Warehouse No. 1
