Description
- Planned construction of four modern buildings ranging in size from 11,800 m² to 28,600 m². The facilities will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, or light manufacturing.
- The complex will be located in the village of Drásov in the Central Bohemian Region, next to Příbram Airport, 70 km from Plzeň, 60 km from Prague, directly off the D4 highway and near Highway I/18, 2 km from Exit 41. There is a bus stop in front of the complex on the Dobříš–Příbram route.
- Permit processes are currently underway.
