Description
- The planned construction of four modern buildings ranging in size from 11,800 m2 to 28,600 m2. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light manufacturing.
- The site will be located in the village of Drásov in the Central Bohemian Region, next to the Příbram Airport, 70 km from Pilsen, 60 km from Prague, right by the D4 motorway and close to the I/18 road, 2 km from exit 41. There is a bus stop in front of the premises on the Dobříš - Příbram line.
- The approval processes are currently underway.
