• The warehouse has an area of 1,802 m² and features a crane track with a lifting capacity of 5 metric tons. The crane track is operational. The ceiling height is 4–6 meters. Access to the warehouse is via a loading ramp.
• The administrative section offers offices, restrooms, and a company apartment.
