Description

The planned construction of a modern industrial and logistics park in Solnice - Kvasiny in the Hradec Králové Region will offer premises of the highest standard in two halls with a total area of 17,000 m2.
The site is located in the industrial zone around the Škoda Auto Kvasiny production plant. The access road I/14 offers good traffic service for both freight and passenger transport.
The project has a valid issued building permit. For the actual construction, it is then necessary to count 9-12 months from the signing of the contract.
The internal layout of the production and warehouse areas, as well as the office building and employee facilities can be customized according to the tenant's requirements.
Halls can be issued for rent or personal ownership.
