Description
- The Kladno Industrial Park is one of several brownfield revitalisation projects. Poldi Kladno is one of the largest brownfield sites in the vicinity of Prague and the site with the greatest potential for future industrial development in the region.
- The site is located directly in the Poldi Kladno complex, just an 8-minute drive from the D7 motorway. At the same time, the land is available for employees from Kladno and Prague itself. The planned hall will be used for storage, production and commercial activities.
- Even in this case, the hall will be equipped with solar panels on the roof, rainwater harvesting and green facades. All of this will reduce the buildings energy needs, and the use of renewable energy sources will significantly reduce its operation.
