- The Mlýnec Industrial Park is being built on the site of a former brownfield between the villages of Bor and Přimda, 15km from the German border and 2.5km from exit 136 of the D5 motorway (Pilsen-Germany).
- In total, the complex will offer more than 190,000 m2 of modern industrial space in several different sized halls. A building permit has been issued for an 18,000 m2 hall, which can be built to suit within 10 months of signing the lease.
