- The Mlýnec Industrial Park is being developed on a former brownfield site between the towns of Bor and Přimda, 15 km from the German border and 2.5 km from Exit 136 of the D5 highway (Pilsen–Germany).
- In total, the complex will offer more than 190,000 m² of modern industrial space in several halls of varying sizes. A building permit has been issued for an 18,000 m² hall, which can be custom-built within 10 months of signing the lease agreement.
