Description
- The P3 Prague D1 industrial park is located approximately 15 minutes from the center of Prague, at exit 15 of the D1 motorway (Prague – Brno – Bratislava), from where it is clearly visible. In 2027, with the planned completion of part of the Prague ring road, it will become even more attractive.
- Transport to the park is provided by a shuttle bus that connects the park to the Opatov metro station (Line C). The grounds are fenced and under 24-hour security. Solar panels.
- The most significant tenants include HOPI, Schenker, Yusen Logistics, Autokelly, and Mountfield. Construction of the park began in October 2005 and was completed in 2014. A total of four halls offer more than 176,000 m² of modern warehouse space.
