- The P3 Prague D1 Industrial Park is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Prague, at Exit 15 of the D1 highway (Prague–Brno–Bratislava), from where it is clearly visible. In 2027, with the planned completion of a section of the Prague Ring Road, its appeal will increase even further.
- Transportation to the park is provided by a shuttle bus that connects the park to the Opatov metro station (Line C). The complex is fenced and has 24/7 security. Solar panels.
- Major tenants include HOPI, Schenker, Yusen Logistics, Autokelly, and Mountfield. Construction of the park began in October 2005 and was completed in 2014. A total of 4 warehouses offer more than 176,000 m² of modern warehouse space.
