Description
- The planned area of the industrial park in Přerov will consist of two halls, which will be ideal for the construction of modern warehousing and production facilities offering up to 35,000 m2. The project is financed by Accolade.
- Thanks to its strategic location near the D1 and D55 motorways, it offers excellent accessibility not only within the Czech Republic but also internationally.
- The site will be built in a region with a rich industrial tradition, ensuring sufficient availability of skilled labour.
- The project will also aim to achieve BREEAM Sustainable Access Certification at Excellent level. The halls will be 10m high.
