Description
- A 35-hectare brownfield site with potential for new construction of up to 130,000 sqm. The sale price of the land is 1,150 CZK/sqm in its current condition, without permits. The project has a valid EIA. Strategic location on the Baltic-Adriatic Corridor in a region with a sufficient labor force.
- The site is designated as an industrial zone following an amendment to the zoning plan. High electrical power capacity of up to 100 MW. An operational rail spur is located on the eastern edge of the property, with a potential connection to the national rail corridor within 6 km.
The zoning plan imposes no restrictions on building height. Potential for connecting a photovoltaic power plant (15 MW); a deposit has been paid, and a subsidy of 40 million CZK has been approved from the Modernization Fund and the Environmental Fund. Three methane deposits will allow for the extraction of up to 2 million m³ annually.
