Description

The offered multifunctional hall can be used for storage, light production, commercial space or a combination of the above.
The total built-up area of the hall is 2,600 m2 (the construction included a complete reconstruction of access roads and utilities (electricity, water, sewerage) and is divided into two separate areas of 2x 1,300 m2.
Heating is provided by under-ceiling hot-water radiant panels, the source is an electric boiler. Annual heating costs (hall 17 C, building 21 C): 45 MWh, current price for 1 MWh 6 100,- CZK (annually approx. 270 thousand CZK)
The premises will be vacated in January 2026, but subject to discussion may be available as early as November 2025.
