Description

A building permit has been issued for the construction of a new Hall B at the Třebíč Industry Park, with an area of 5,000 m² and loading ramps, but no direct vehicle access. Units starting at 1,200 m² are available, with a minimum of 50 m² of ancillary space or more.
The project offers warehouse and manufacturing space for rent, along with office space and restroom facilities, on a site located in an industrial zone in the southern part of Třebíč, in the Kožichovice area.
The complex is part of an industrial zone located outside the city limits, with excellent access by public transportation and train.
Construction of this park is contingent upon securing leases for at least 50% of the hall, i.e., approximately 2,500 m².
A 1,075 m² unit will be available within 1–2 months of signing the lease agreement.
Hall B is divided into four separate units, each offering 1,200 m² of warehouse space and 50 m² of support facilities. It is also possible to convert part of the space for office use.
