YOUR NEXT CHAPTERSENIOR HOTEL ADVISOR - CEE

This is not a role where you simply inherit an existing pipeline.

You will have the opportunity to help shape and grow Knight Frank's Hotels business in the region - originating opportunities, advising clients and leading hotel investment and advisory mandates.

You will work closely with our local Capital Markets team and connect with Knight Frank's international Hotels specialists across Europe.

And you will have the autonomy to build relationships, develop business and become one of the key faces of our hospitality advisory platform in CEE.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Identify new opportunities and actively build the Hotels pipeline across the Czech Republic and wider CEE.
• Lead hotel acquisitions, disposals and investment advisory mandates.
• Advise clients on operator selections, hotel leasing, HMAs and franchise structures.
• Build long-term relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, operators and brands.
• Provide strategic advice on hotel assets, positioning and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with Knight Frank Capital Markets and Hotels teams across Europe.
• Help shape and grow our Hotels business in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who understands the deal, the operator and the business behind the building.

• You have strong experience in hotel real estate, hospitality advisory or a related field.
• You understand hotel transactions and/or investment advisory.
• You are familiar with hotel operators, leasing structures, HMAs and franchise agreements.
• Business development comes naturally to you and you have a strong hospitality or real estate network.
• You understand the Czech and wider CEE hotel market.
• You are comfortable working in English in an international environment.
• You are entrepreneurial, independent and comfortable taking ownership.
• Most importantly, you enjoy building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term business.
