Knight Frank Czech Republic presents regular investment market update on the Czech real estate market for the second quarter of 2024.
See below a summary of data on investment activity in the second quarter of 2024:
- There is a noticeable revival in investment activity
- In Q2, 2024, investments of almost €530 million were concluded
- The investment volume totalled €900 million in the first six months of this year
- Up to 81% of all investments were made by Czech investors this year so far
- We expect that the total investment volume could reach up to €1.6-1.8 billion this year
