Brno:
- There is intensive construction underway, with over 103,000 m² currently being developed.
- Vacancy rate has increased year-on-year to 12.7%.
- Rental prices continue to rise.
Ostrava:
- Construction is limited, with only one project currently underway and no new office developments completed.
- Vacancy rate has decreased year-on-year to 10.7%.
- Rental prices remain stable.
