The Bor Logistics Park is one of the most successful logistics parks in Central and Eastern Europe. It is strategically located in western Bohemia, 50 km from the center of Plzeň, with excellent access to the highway.
Routes and major trade routes lead not only through Germany but even further, to Italy. It is an ideal location for manufacturers in the automotive supply chain and for logistics providers in e-commerce serving the Czech and/or German markets.
The park has more than 15 tenants employing over 4,000 people, a number that will grow following the park’s further expansion. The Plzeň Region has the fifth-highest GDP per capita in the country within Western Bohemia.
It is the third-largest region in the Czech Republic and the ninth most populous, accounting for 5.4% of the country’s total population. Mechanical engineering, food processing, energy production and distribution, and metallurgy are among the most significant industrial sectors.
