Description
- The former production hall of TS Plzeň, which is currently undergoing complete reconstruction, will offer warehouse and production space in a central location in Borské Pole. The unit can be offered with or without a crane track.
- The reconstruction will include complete insulation of the hall, a dust-free concrete floor, new electrical wiring and energy-saving LED lighting.
- The location in Borské Pole is perfectly accessible for both employees and customers.
- The capacity of the substation is 3MW, so it can accommodate energy-intensive operations. At the same time, the hall retains functional portal cranes with a capacity of 5 - 100T.
- The premises are fully rented.
