Planned construction of a modern industrial park. It is a revitalization of the former Kovošrot site. This park will be used for light manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, but especially for Hi-Tech implementation of standard operations in the field of IT, RD, Ecommerce, etc.
Among other things, the intention is to create conditions for higher value-added operations to be carried out by a workforce directly from the metropolis.

The project is now going through the permitting phase. The building permit is expected in August 2025 and the planned delivery of the halls is in Q1 2027.
