The zoning plan does not limit the height of buildings. Possible connection of a photovoltaic power plant (15 MW), paid deposit and approved subsidy of 40 million CZK from the Modernization Fund and the Environmental Fund;3 methane deposits will allow annual extraction of up to 2 million m³.

Current status: completion of demolition work by mid-2024, receipt of Building Permit within 12 months. Built-to-Suit (BTS) / Built-to-Own (BTO)
