Lužec Industrial Park

The project, which is currently under construction, is implemented on the brownfield of the former gravel mining site. Two modern industrial halls with a total area of 56,000 m2 will be built here. It will be possible to implement a photovoltaic power plant, charging stations for the tenants.
Construction is expected to be delivered in Q1 2026. The halls are designed to be energy efficient, with efficient LED lighting, state-of-the-art BMS (Building Management System) measuring media consumption and water reduction features installed.
The complex is strategically located at exit 18 of the D8 motorway with excellent accessibility to Prague.
